What is traditional cut? and why is it more expansive than LA(lateral) cut?
The traditional cut is more difficult to do since it is a special cut to make a long piece of meat from a chunk of short rib. This cut makes the meat more tender and marinates better. The traditional cut is more popular in restaurants in Korea.
Ingredients :
beef short ribs, onion, asian pear, garlic, soy sauce, water, wine, sugar, green onion, sesame seed oil, roasted sesame seed, ground pepper, corn syrup
Cooking Directions :
Frying Pan - medium high heat, cook 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
Grill - medium high heat, cook 5-10 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
Oven - bake them in the oven at 375 degrees about 15 - 20 minutes.
